Number of Companies with Turkish Capital in Uzbekistan Exceeds 2,100
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The number of companies with Turkish capital in Uzbekistan continues to grow.
According to the National Statistics Committee, as of 1 January 2026, 2,137 such enterprises are operating in the country.
Of these, 496 are registered as joint ventures, while 1,641 companies are entirely owned by foreign, including Turkish, capital. These figures reflect the sustained interest of Turkish businesses in the Uzbek market and the expanding investment presence of Türkiye in the country’s economy.
The largest concentration of companies with Turkish capital is in the city of Tashkent, which hosts 1,305 enterprises.
In Tashkent Region, 298 such companies are active. Significant numbers are also registered in Samarkand Region — 115, Ferghana Region — 70, Andijan Region — 58, and Jizzakh Region — 55.
Bukhara and Namangan Regions each have 43 companies with Turkish participation. Surkhandarya Region hosts 31, while Khorezm and Navoi Regions each have 30.
Syrdarya Region has 23 companies, and Kashkadarya Region and the Republic of Karakalpakstan each have 18 enterprises with Turkish capital.
