Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Nodira Umarova was appointed acting deputy khokim of Tashkent - head of the department for family and women.

Nodira Umarova was born in 1969 in Tashkent. She is a graduate of the Tashkent State Pedagogical Institute and the Academy of State and Public Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (now the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan).

From 2018 to the present, she headed the Monocenter for the provision of services to the unemployed population "Ishga Markhamat" under the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
