The programme envisages a complex work on replacement of 254 units of equipment, including milling blocks at crushing shops, modernize gravity departments, etc. The companies from Russia, Ukraine, Germany and Australia delivered equipment to the Uzbek combine.
The technical re-equipment was the second stage of programme on replacement of old equipment. In 2012, the combine replaced 180 units of equipment for US$14.2 million. The combine financed the programme due to own resources.
