New route to supply spare parts to GM Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A new container train route has been launched last week and it links South Korea, China, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, Kazinform reported.

The route starts in South Korea and passes through Chinese port Qingdao and international pass “Alashankou-Dostik at Kazakh-Chinese border. It ends at Ablik station in Uzbekistan.

The Kazakh agency said that the new route will be used to supply spare parts and components from South Korea to GM Uzbekistan, an Uzbek-US carmaker.
