Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A new capsule hotel under the Qo‘noq brand has officially opened today at Tashkent International Airport, located in the check-in area of the departures terminal.

This modern accommodation concept is designed to provide a comfortable resting space for passengers waiting to check in for their flights, all within the airport’s non-sterile zone.

The compact hotel consists of six high-tech capsules: four standard single units and two family capsules designed for two people.

Each capsule offers a private, sound-insulated environment and is equipped with an orthopedic bed and bedding set, individual ventilation system, adjustable lighting, power outlets, and USB charging ports.

Additional amenities include a personal safe, mirror, clothes hanger, and a built-in screen with a clock. The capsules are climate-controlled to ensure a comfortable atmosphere.

Pricing for a standard single capsule:

Up to 4 hours: 400,000 soums

Up to 6 hours: 600,000 soums

Up to 8 hours: 800,000 soums

Family capsule (for up to two people):

Up to 4 hours: 600,000 soums

Up to 6 hours: 800,000 soums

Up to 10 hours: 1,000,000 soums

The new service is aimed primarily at transit passengers, as well as those arriving at the airport in advance from other regions of Uzbekistan or neighboring countries.

Qo‘noq already operates a capsule hotel in the sterile zone of the airport’s departure lounge, where it has been successfully serving travelers for the past two years.
