New project launched at Chirchik Technopark

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A new project was inaugurated at the Chirchik Chemical-Industrial Technopark.

The project, implemented by the Chinese company DONGXING ELECTRIC, aims to establish modern import-substituting energy-saving equipment and distribution systems.

The project, funded by direct foreign investments, involves the production of electrical components and high- and low-voltage equipment.

The first phase of the project, valued at US$3.0 million, is set to produce 10,300 units of finished products annually and create 60 new jobs.
