New procedure approved for performance-based incentives to state enforcement officers in Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Justice has officially registered the Regulation “On the Procedure for Providing Financial Incentives to State Enforcement Officers from Collected Enforcement Fees”, outlining the mechanism for rewarding officers of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement under the Prosecutor General’s Office.
According to the document, incentive payments are calculated automatically at the end of each month based on data from the Unified Electronic Database of Enforcement Proceedings. The rewards are funded by a portion of the enforcement fees collected in finalized enforcement cases handled by each officer through payment systems.
The financial bonuses are to be issued by the 10th of the following month based on an official order from the Director of the Bureau and the head of the relevant regional department. Funding is sourced from 10% of the enforcement fees transferred to the Bureau’s Development Fund.
This new system aims to improve the efficiency and motivation of enforcement officers while enhancing discipline and accountability in executing court decisions and rulings by authorized bodies.
