Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – New head of Tashkent metro was appointed. This was reported by the Information Service of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

By the decision of the joint-stock company Uzbekiston Temir Yollari Rahmanbek Usmanov was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Uzbekiston Temir Yollari - the head of Tashkent Metro.

Prior to this appointment, Rahmanbek Usmanov worked as the Deputy Minister of Transport of Uzbekistan.
