By the corresponding resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, Takhir Nazarov was appointed director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Ministry of Transport.

Tolib Uljaev, who for many years headed the Civil Aviation Agency, who made a worthy contribution to the development of the civil aviation industry in our country, who has extensive experience, retired. 

Transport Minister Ilkhom Makhkamov wished Talib Egamberdievich long life, good health and expressed confidence in continuing to train full-fledged specialists in the field of civil aviation in our country.
