Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has appointed a new deputy adviser to the head of state.
Murtaza Karshibaev has been appointed to the position of Deputy Advisor to the President - Presidential Speechwriter.
Previously, Karshibaev served as the head of the department of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan.
