Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, the presentation of the new deputy director of Agency for Information and Mass Communications under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan took place.
By the order of the head of the Presidential Administration, Ulugbek Azamov was appointed to this position. Prior to that, he worked as First Deputy Minister of Tourism and Cultural Heritage.
Azamov graduated from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, the British University of Surrey, in different years he worked within the framework of the UN Development Program, as an adviser at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Turkey.
The new Deputy Director will deal with international cooperation, analytical support and coordination of the activities of the press services.
