New appointments in the government of Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President Shavkat Mirziyoyev appointed Achilbay Ramatov, Jamshid Kuchkarov, Jamshid Khodjaev and Zulaikho Makhkamova as deputy prime ministers.

At the same time, the following appointments were made:

- Laziz Kudratov - Minister of Investments, Industry and Trade;

- Bobur Islamov - Minister of Mining and Geology;

- Batyr Zakirov - Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services;

- Behzod Musayev - Minister for Poverty Reduction and Employment;

- Ibrohim Abdurakhmanov - Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovations;

- Khilola Umarova - Minister of Preschool and School Education;

- Aziz Abdukhakimov - Minister of Natural Resources;

- Adkham Ikramov - Minister of Youth Policy and Sports;
