Negotiations Held in Nurafshan with Foreign Investors on Modern Construction Projects

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The hokim of Tashkent Region, Zoir Mirzaev, hosted a delegation led by Fan Yu Hu, Executive Chairman of the Jiangxi Province Chambers of Commerce Association and Chairman of the Alliance of Entrepreneurs of Western Jiangxi, China.

During the meeting, the hokim warmly welcomed the guests and emphasized that under the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and China, priority is given to deepening investment cooperation, particularly through the implementation of joint projects in construction and infrastructure.

The delegation was then provided with detailed information on the economic potential of Tashkent Region, its favorable business environment, industrial and investment zones, as well as the opportunities and incentives available to foreign investors.

In turn, Fan Yu Hu highlighted that Tashkent Region is an open, stable, and reliable destination for investment, offering extensive opportunities for projects in construction and infrastructure.

During the constructive and business-oriented dialogue, Chinese entrepreneurs presented proposals for the development of a modern residential complex and hotel in the city of Nurafshan, as well as the launch of a large shopping center combining entertainment facilities with favorable business conditions.

For reference, Fan Yu Hu serves as Chairman of the Board of Zhongge Holding Co., Ltd., has 30 years of experience in the construction industry, and has successfully implemented numerous large-scale projects in China.

The hokim expressed support for the proposed initiatives, emphasizing that all necessary organizational and legal conditions, investment guarantees, and practical assistance will be provided to foreign investors.

Additionally, the regional leader noted the readiness to expand long-term, mutually beneficial, and sustainable cooperation with Chinese business circles.

Following the meeting, both sides expressed confidence in the need to establish practical cooperation for joint projects, to work out detailed proposals and initiatives at the specialist level, and to elevate bilateral relations to a new level.
