Navoi Region Leads Uzbekistan in Industrial Production
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In January 2026, Uzbekistan produced industrial goods worth 85.1 trillion soums, according to the National Statistics Committee.
Compared to the same period last year, this figure increased by 7.8%.
The largest industrial output was recorded in Navoi region — 27.1 trillion soums. Tashkent city ranked second with 13.9 trillion soums, followed by Tashkent region at 12.2 trillion soums.
Andijan region produced 4.4 trillion soums, Samarkand region 3.8 trillion soums, and Fergana region 3.5 trillion soums. Bukhara region’s output reached 3.2 trillion soums.
In Kashkadarya and Namangan regions, industrial production totaled 2.8 trillion soums each. Jizzakh region produced 2.5 trillion soums, and Syrdarya region 2.4 trillion soums.
In the Republic of Karakalpakstan, industrial output reached 2.1 trillion soums, while Khorezm region recorded 1.9 trillion soums. The lowest industrial production among regions was in Surkhandarya region at 1.1 trillion soums.
