Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Overhaul of several wells is underway at the South Kemachi field in the Mubarek oil and gas production department of Uzbekneftegaz. This was reported by the press service of Uzbekneftegaz JSC.

The specialists of Uzneftegazkuduktamirlash JSC at the well No. 168 carried out major repairs and put into operation.

A cement bridge was installed at a depth of 2245 m and development was carried out from an existing filter in the interval 2241-2245 m.

As a result, an industrial gas inflow with a daily flow rate of 50 thousand cubic meters and 1.5 tons of gas condensate was obtained.

The South Kemachi oil and gas condensate field is located in Karaulbazar district of Bukhara region and was commissioned in 1978.
