Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In order to prepare for a worthy celebration of the national holiday "Navruz", maintain the epidemiological well-being of the regions, support socially vulnerable segments of the population, improve and landscaping makhallas and settlements, a government order was adopted.

On 13 March 2021, a nationwide charity hashar of improvement and gardening "Obod va kurkam makallam" will be held throughout the country.

In connection with the hashar, it was recommended to transfer voluntary funds of employees of ministries, departments and other organizations on their own initiative to the bank accounts of the charitable public fund "Makhalla".

The funds received from the hashar are supposed to be used to provide material and spiritual assistance to the poor, families who have lost their breadwinner, elderly people in need of social protection, persons with disabilities, lonely elderly people, and pensioners.
