Muradjon Akhmadaliev to fight against Japan’s undisputed World Champion
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A long-awaited agreement has been reached for a fight between Uzbekistan’s boxer Muradjon Akhmadaliev and Japan’s Naoya Inoue. This was confirmed by Akhmadaliev’s promoter, Eddie Hearn.
According to various sources, the fight is expected to take place on September 14 of this year in Tokyo. However, no official confirmation has been made yet.
Inoue has fought 29 professional bouts, winning all of them, with 26 victories by knockout. Akhmadaliev’s record stands at 14 fights, 13 wins (10 by knockout), and 1 loss.
