Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Murad Buildings and the development company of Kazakhstan BI Group announced the creation of a joint venture NRG (the central office is located in Tashkent).
The first investment project of the newly formed company will be the construction of the NRG Oybek residential complex in the Mirabad district of Tashkent: partners will invest US$33 million in the project and plan to commission nearly 60 thousand square meters. m of housing in August 2021.
The partners plan to focus on the implementation of advanced management methods, materials and construction methods, including digital solutions for the development and planning of projects and data processing. Particular attention is paid to housing management, including smart home and smart repair technologies, based on the latest global innovative developments. For example, the opening of barriers and access doors, security systems, optimization of utility costs - all this will be controlled by residents using remote access via mobile applications.
