MTS Uzbekistan cuts prices in MTS Connect tariff plan

MTS Connect tariff plan, which is designed for mobile internet users of MTS Uzbekistan, became more affordable, the operator said.

The operator added that from 1 January 2012 the price of Internet traffic during night time (from 00:59 to 08:00) will be US$0.01 per Mb, and during day time (from08:00 to 00:59) will be US$0.04 per Mb.

At the same time, there is no subscription fee for use of GPRS-MMS+WAP+INTERNET service and the service is automatically connected.

The operator recalled that all incoming calls are free in this tariff plan, while calls within MTS Uzbekistan network costs US$0.02 per minute. All other calls cost US$0.03 per minute. The subscription fee for MTS Connect tariff plan is US$0.02 per day.
