MTS-Uzbekistan attracts 200,000 subscribers in January

Russia’s Mobile TeleSystems OJSC (MTS) owns 100% share in MTS-Uzbekistan, which formally worked under Uzdunrobita brand.

The Russian company said it Uzbek subsidiary serves over 3 million subscribers as of 31 January. The growth made up 7.1% in January 2008 compared to December 2007.
