MPs discuss draft law “On protection and use of fauna” in new edition

The draft law was developed in sessions of the faction of Social-democratic party “Adolat” and People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.

The draft law is aimed at improving ecological legislative of Uzbekistan, protection of biological diversification, protecting wild animals, strengthening economic bases in the sphere.

It was noted that the draft law envisages norms related to tax and other preferences to legal entities and individuals, protecting and ensuring rational use of fauna, as well as creating necessary conditions for fauna.

MPs discussed issues on further improving rules of hunting for wild animals, order of importing and exporting of fauna, ban of some hunting weapon, etc.

MPs expressed their opinion on further improving the draft law.
