MP and two Senators resign from their duties

On 12 December 2016, Central Election Commission of Uzbekistan adopted decisions on early stopping duties of the members of Senate of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan and MP of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan.

According to the decision of the Central Election Commission, Nosirjon Kaimov and Abdurashid Butaev resigned from the duties of the Senator in connection with stoppage of their authorities as the MPs of Council of People’s Deputies of Turakurgan district and Council of People’s Deputies of Altyarik district.

The Central Election Commission also adopted the decision on early stopping authorities of MP of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis Mirzohid Ubaydullaev, who was elected from 104th Quvasoy election district.

Mirzohid Ubaydullaev was appointed as the governor of Margilan, the Central Election Commission said.
