Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Starting from 3 March 2025, residents of Tashkent, the regions, and Karakalpakstan will be able to apply for a state mortgage subsidy through the my.gov.uz portal.

To apply, users need to log into the platform, select the "Application for State Mortgage Subsidy" service, complete the form, and submit their request.

In 2025, the volume of subsidies covering part of the initial down payment and interest payments on mortgage loans will increase by 1.5 times. The state budget will allocate 2.5 trillion soums for these subsidies.

Overall, 20.9 trillion soums in credit funds have been designated for housing sector financing and mortgage lending.
