Mirziyoyev Instructs Ministry of Transport to Create Electronic Platform for Tracking Freight Vehicles

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 10 December, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev issued a decree aimed at promoting cashless payments and combating the shadow economy, which includes expanding the tracking of services provided by freight and special-purpose vehicles.

According to the document, the Ministry of Transport, in cooperation with the business community, is tasked with ensuring the creation of an electronic platform by 1 April 2026.

The platform will register freight and special vehicles owned by both individuals and legal entities.

Through this system, vehicle owners will be able to accept transportation orders and other services, conclude contracts, and receive payments online.

The types of services provided and their pricing will be determined by the owners themselves, while users will have the ability to rate the quality of services offered via the platform.
