Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A few days ago, in connection with the current epidemiological situation, the Special Republican Commission for the Prevention of the Spread of Coronavirus Infection established a temporary restriction on the organization of all types of mass celebrations, sports competitions, as well as concerts, festivals, theater and film screenings.
In addition, it is recommended not to gather more than 50 people in one place at the same time.
From 1 August, it is allowed to hold family celebrations, weddings, ceremonies and ceremonies in wedding halls with the participation of no more than 50 people with strict observance of sanitary and hygienic requirements. All these measures are aimed at preserving the health of the population.
However, despite this, there are cases of gross violation of quarantine rules and restrictions.
In particular, yesterday, on 13 July, at the Amir Temur square in Tashkent, 150-200 young people gathered for a meeting with the Russian blogger S. Mamedov, known on the social networks Instagram and Youtube under the pseudonym “Subo”. In the video distributed on social networks and Internet sites, the youth participating in this event absolutely did not comply with the quarantine rules established in our country, did not observe social distance, and neglected to wear masks.
It should be noted that such cases can lead to an even greater spread of coronavirus infection and a worsening of the epidemiological situation. Newer strains of the virus are more infectious, have a shorter incubation period and are highly infectious. It is also possible that a person can and know about the processes taking place in his body.
Therefore, we once again urge all citizens to strictly observe the rules and restrictions of quarantine, sanitary and hygienic requirements, not to gather in large numbers. Parents are asked to provide their children with appropriate explanations in this regard, and make sure that they refrain from visiting places where large numbers of people gather.
After all, with just one neglect, indifference, they can endanger their health and the health of their loved ones, become the reason for the wider spread of COVID-19 infection among the population of our country.
We remind you that according to the Code of Administrative Responsibility, violation of the rules for combating epidemics may lead to prosecution in the manner prescribed by law.
