Ministry of Health: Over 400 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As of 4 May 2021, the number of registered coronavirus infections in Uzbekistan made up 92,724 (+404). 

New cases were registered:

2 people in the Republic of Karakalpakstan,

6 people in Andijan region,

1 person in Bukhara region,

6 people in Jizzakh region,

2 people in Navoi region,

5 people in Namangan region,

84 people in Samarkand region,

4 people in Syrdarya region,

3 people in Ferghana region,

10 people in Khorezm region,

73 people in Tashkent region,

208 people in Tashkent city.

In Tashkent, 189 patients have been cured, only 88,535 (+277) people have recovered from the disease in the republic, the recovery rate is 96%.

Currently, 3534 patients are being treated in medical institutions.
