Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and investment bank Rothschild & Co signed a Cooperation Agreement. The signing took place on 25 March 2022 as part of the 1st Tashkent International Investment Forum.

The Bank’s delegation is led by Baroness Ariel de Malard de Rothschild, Member of the Board of Directors of Rothschild & Co.

As part of the agreement, the international investment bank - Rothschild & Cie and N.M. Rothschild & Sons Limited is engaged as a strategic consultant to analyze current promising projects in the energy sector in the country, identify and attract potential investors through project financing, loans and direct participation in energy projects.

During the visit of the Rothschild & Co delegation to Tashkent, the parties held negotiations on the format and conditions for the development of cooperation between the parties.
