Ministry of Employment launches service “Electronic labor rights inspector”

Interactive service allows employers and employees to independently check compliance with the requirements of labor law.

The virtual inspector also provides recommendations for eliminating identified violations.

The Uzbek Ministry plans to initiate amendments to the laws in order to maximize the number of checks carried out remotely with the help of the IT system.

Aziz Abdukhakimov, the Minister of Employment and Labor Relations, announced plans to amend the current legislation in order to increase the level of trust between business entities and government agencies.

He said that the business entities will be able to test themselves and check their compliance with the legislation of Uzbekistan. It will help to eliminate shortages and violations. If the business entity receives verification report, it will be considered that the company passed labour inspection.
