Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 24 November, at about 07:30 am, a 69-year-old resident of Lalmikor village of Galyaaral district of Jizzakh region, trying to draw water from a home well, inadvertently fell into it.

To the scene of the incident, the rescue squad of the regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, headed by senior lieutenant Bohodir Norboboevym, was immediately called.

The depth of the well was 19 meters. The rescuer Shodiyor Khaidarov descended to the bottom by means of a rope, who safely and lifted the elderly woman of the house to the surface.

She was immediately sent to the hospital. Fortunately, the victim did not receive any serious injuries. Doctors assess her condition as positive.
