Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Emergency Situations commented on information about a mudflow in Kitab district of Kashkadarya region, which was spread on social networks.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations notes that due to heavy rains in Kitab, Kamashin, Guzor and Dekhkanabad districts of Kashkadarya region, water came out of canals, flumes and other water distribution facilities.

In particular, on the territory of the “Kohsor” mahalla of the Kitab district, the water accumulated due to heavy rains in the mountains flowed down the floodplain flowing from the village of “Jovuz”. Residents and houses were not affected.

Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations carry out measures to eliminate the consequences of precipitation.
