Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - On 6 February, during her visit to Ferghana region, Minister of Preschool Education Agrippina Shin visited the Kokand Pedagogical College.
While examining the reconstruction of the college building, the minister gave them her recommendations and said that the college should open a state kindergarten. This will ensure the practical application of the knowledge gained directly in the work environment, without interrupting the educational process.
She also ordered the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the college, which was founded in 1920 and has its own unique history.
Further, in the library of the college, a meeting was organized with all directors of colleges in Ferghana region. During the meeting, the minister spoke about reforms in the field of preschool education and told school principals that they are responsible for the formation of qualified, experienced teaching staff who will provide competent education for children.
“We must move away from the previous approach to work and actively keep up with the times, as well as develop our activities in innovative ways. The worldview of each child is a big separate world. His all-round competent development and upbringing depends on teachers and educators,” said Agrippina Shin.
