Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Minister of Innovative Development of Uzbekistan, Ibrohim Abdurakhmanov, was awarded the Silk Road Friendship Ambassador award by the Union of International Scientific Organizations (ANSO), the China Center for International Cultural Exchange (CICEC) and the International People's Magazine (GPM).

The candidacy of the Uzbek minister was selected from more than a thousand applicants, taking into account his high role in the successful conduct of clinical trials of the Uzbek-Chinese vaccine ZF-UZ-VAC-2001 and the implementation of joint projects.
