Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 15 February, a meeting was held between the Minister of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ibrokhim Abdurakhmonov and Vice-Rector of the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo Evgeny Kaganer.
Abdurakhmanov informed the guests about the activities of the Ministry of Innovative Development, its main tasks and the work done.
During the meeting, the parties also discussed the implementation of the management program for vice-rectors for innovation activities of higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan at the universities of the Skolkovo Center. They also agreed to develop a program to send vice-rectors for innovation and ministry employees for short-term internships to improve the startup environment in Uzbekistan.
In turn, given the relevance of the issue of effective management of scientific projects for young scientists in Uzbekistan, negotiations were held on the organization of special courses on modern project management. The parties discussed the joint work of higher educational institutions and scientific organizations of the country in organizing trips and internships for young scientists to improve their skills at the Skolkovo Center.
At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to discuss further steps to implement the agreements in the prescribed manner within the framework of official correspondence and future meetings.
