Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The Minister of Innovative Development of Uzbekistan Ibrokhim Abdurakhmonov met with the Vice President of the National Research, Development and Innovation Directorate of Hungary István Szabó.

The parties exchanged views on the implementation of the memorandum of cooperation signed between the two organizations this year and the definition of new areas of cooperation.

During the meeting, agreements were reached on the following issues:

Assistance in the organization of doctoral programs under the Hungaricum program;

Announcement of joint competitions for scientific projects;

Exchange of information on Hungary’s experience in organizing technology and science parks;

Organization of acceleration and incubation programs in cooperation with the National Office for Technology Transfer under the Ministry of Innovative Development.
