Milliy Tiklanish to hold session in October to approve presidential candidate

During the meeting, the party took decision to participate in the presidential elections, which will be held on 4 December 2016.

The plenum participants decided to nominate chairperson of the Central Council of Democratic Party of Uzbekistan “Milliy Tiklanish” and head of the party’s faction at the Legislative Chamber Sarvar Otamuratov as the candidate to the post of the President of Uzbekistan.

The party adopted decision to hold the Congress on 15 October to consider candidacy of Otamuratov to the Post of the President.
