MIBINFOTOBOT to simplify the mechanism for obtaining information for consumed natural gas

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uztransgaz, jointly with the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement and other service companies, launched a telegram-bot to get the public full information about the existing debt for consumed natural gas and other utilities.

 To do this, the users should go to the Telegram messenger, in the “Search” section type MIBINFOTOBOT and then send your phone number. Selecting the "gas" cell, send a personal account and meter readings.

The telegram bot will provide, according to the consumer’s request, information on receivables and payables in a matter of seconds. This will allow individuals, without leaving their homes, online, to enter and verify testimony, control their expenses and pay bills for consumed “blue fuel” in time.

Uztransgaz  encourages consumers to actively use the created Telegram-bot and pay utility bills in a timely manner.
