Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 1 December 2021, the Uztekstilprom Association held a joint meeting on the development of bilateral cooperation, the Chairman of the Association Ilkhom Khaydarov and Mr. Leonid Hanik, the founder of the NL Platform (the Netherlands), which is one of the leading players in the European fashion retail market.

The meeting participants discussed topical issues of cooperation between the Association and NL Platform, on the establishment of partnerships and the development of long-term, effective and mutually beneficial cooperation aimed at increasing the competitiveness of finished garments manufactured in the Republic of Uzbekistan, increasing the supply of Uzbek textile products in a wide range to European markets and support for investment projects.

The parties expressed mutual interest and agreed in the near future to develop interaction mechanisms and draw up a roadmap for the implementation of the planned projects.
