Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 29 September 2021, in Tashkent, within the framework of the Uzbek economic forum "Uzbekistan: results and prospects of economic reforms", Chairman of the Board of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" Mehriddin Abdullayev met with the head of the representative office of "J.P. Morgan" in the Republic of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan Timur Kunanbayev.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed the current situation in the oil and gas industry of the country, ongoing reforms, transformation and administrative and structural changes, as well as the impact of ongoing work on investment attractiveness.
The meeting participants noted the great mutual interest in mutually beneficial cooperation and the implementation of joint projects.
Following the talks, the parties decided to deepen cooperation in a wide range of areas and conduct regular monitoring of the search for new areas for joint work.
