In particular, Zilola Mumindjanova, the author of a start-up project for the production of export-oriented medicinal dietary supplements from Jerusalem artichoke, financed by the Ministry of Innovative Development, the head of PARADISE FLORA LLC, a resident of the Yashnabad Innovation Technopark, also presented her project to potential investors.
As a result of negotiations, a memorandum was signed between GULF SMART GENERAL TRADING (UAE) and PARADISE FLORA LLC.
“My visit to Dubai is going well,” said ZMumindjanova. - Here we have the opportunity to study the UAE market and determine which products are in demand. In accordance with the wishes of our partners and the needs of the market, we will produce various forms of products from Jerusalem artichoke and other local medicinal plants. We are currently studying the issue of creating bread and desserts with the addition of Jerusalem artichoke powder. In order to further expand the range of our high-quality, tasty and healthy products, our laboratory conducts extensive research.
It should be noted that to date, the startup project has formed the composition, formulation and production technology of more than 13 biologically active additives, and due to the production and sale of biologically active additives, we have achieved an income of 350 million soums.
