Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Maximum speed in some areas of Uzbekistan is limited to 60 km/h in line with the decision of the Republican Special Commission on Road Safety.

Republican Special Commission on Road Safety adopted the decision on 17 January 2023.

In particular, in Tashkent, on all streets within the Small Ring Road, inclusive, the maximum speed is reduced from 70 km/h to 60 km/h.

The speed limit of 60 km/h is also set in some streets of Karakalpakstan and regions of Uzbekistan.
