Markaziy Ippodrom to place shares for 27bn soums

The Center for Coordination and Development of securities market recorded a prospectus of emission of Markaziy Ippodrom.

Within the emission, the company will place 54 million ordinary shares with par value of 500 soums each. Total volume of emission makes up 27 billion soums.

The shares will be placed on open subscription via exchange and organized off-exchange security markets.
