Mark Filimontsev becomes head of UzBAT

Shareholders of the British American Tobacco Uzbekistan (UzBAT) appointed new director-general of the company.
According to the shareholders of the company, director-general of UzBAT Eric Tauvet was released from his post.
From 27 September 2013 Mark Filimontsev has been appointed as the director-general of the joint venture.
British American Tobacco acquired 51% shares at Uztabak in 1994 and created UzBAT A.O JV (now BAT Uzbekistan). BAT holds 97.383% shares in the venture.
