Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A new managing director has been appointed for the Tashkent branch of Amity University.

According to a resolution by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shukhrat Sattorov has taken on this role.

Prior to his appointment, he headed the Center for Digital Education Development under the Ministry of Digital Technologies. Sattorov received his education at the Uzbek State University of World Languages and also studied at Yonsei University (Republic of Korea) and Pune University (India).

He succeeds Bobur Abdullaev, who has been appointed rector of Inha University in Tashkent.
