Makesense enters the stock market with 300 billion soum bond issuance

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Makesense, the owner of Solutions Lab JSC, which operates the Uzum Nasiya service, will issue 600 bonds on the Republican Stock Exchange "Toshkent", with a total value of 300 billion soums.

The bonds will be placed through a public subscription, with each bond having a nominal value of 500 million soums.

The issuance received state registration on March 19, 2025, and the bonds offer an annual yield of 25%.

According to IFRS financial statements for 2024, Makesense received 21.6 billion soums in dividends, a significant increase compared to 5.6 billion soums in 2023.

The company’s net profit grew by 24.1% over the year, reaching 6.2 billion soums.
