Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A presidential resolution "On measures aimed at introducing, on an experimental basis, the mahallabay system of work in Samarkand region" was adopted.

According to the resolution, from 1 June 2021, as an experiment, the “mahallabay” system of work is being introduced in the structure of khokimiyats of districts (cities) of the Samarkand region.

Wherein:

- centers of work "mahallabay" are created in the form of a state institution;

- for each inspector for work on “mahallabay” system three mahallas are assigned in districts (cities);

- the post of deputy chairman of the makhalla citizens’ gathering for entrepreneurship and household lands is introduced.

The centers will begin their work from 1 June 2021 in Pastdargom, Urgut and Bulungur districts, in other districts (cities) of Samarkand region - until 1 August.

According to the resolution, the software "Online Mahalla" will be developed, which envisages the digitalization of the activities of the Center and gatherings of citizens of the mahallas in conjunction with each other, in order to ensure transparency in the acceptance and consideration of applications from the population and entrepreneurs and to reduce the influence of the human factor.

Also, from 1 January 2022, it is planned to conduct this experiment for other regions of the republic.
