Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Presidential Resolution "On additional measures to develop family entrepreneurship and expand sources of income for the population" was adopted.

In accordance with the Resolution, within the framework of family entrepreneurship development programs in 2022:

the resources of the trust funds and the Recovery and Development Fund are placed in banks at 10% per annum;

soft loans are provided at 14% per annum:

population and entrepreneurs - up to 3 years with a grace period of 3 to 6 months;

for animal husbandry, fish farming and poultry farming - up to 3 years with a grace period of up to 1 year;

for gardening, viticulture and lemon growing, greenhouse farming, purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment - up to 3 years with a grace period of up to 7 years;

members of the Hunarmand Association - up to 3 years, to replenish working capital up to 18 months;

loans are provided on the recommendation of the assistant khokim;

loans for animal husbandry are issued for the organization of small farms for the fattening of imported pedigree cattle of at least 10-50 heads;

"Leading" entrepreneurs are provided with loans to replenish working capital for the cooperative cultivation of agricultural products on the land plots of dekhkan farms and household plots of the population and the purchase of grown products.

From 1 March 2022, loans will be fully digitized through a single electronic platform for family entrepreneurship development programs.
