Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Presidential decree “On additional measures to develop public-private partnerships in the field of preschool education” was signed.

According to the decree, the loan funds will be gradually allocated for 241 public-private partnership agreements that have been signed and remain unsecured.

Loans are issued for a period of 7 years with a grace period of 2 years.

Based on the rating, the current state of the projects will be studied, including the volume of construction work performed.

Based on the rating, a list of projects is compiled with an indication of funding sources and approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.

The decree also made changes and additions; from 1 May 2021, the state partner will reimburse parental payments to the children of women who have lost their breadwinner, in the amount established for 9-hour preschool educational institutions.
