Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov, visited the "Mirages of Time" exhibition, held at the International Tourist Center in Samarkand.

The central part of the exhibition featured an installation depicting a nighttime desert, where Zodiac signs, Ulugh Beg's celestial map, and meridians appeared in the starry sky. Visitors, resembling a caravan of the Great Silk Road, journeyed through the sand dunes, immersing themselves in a visual narrative about the development of human civilization.

The exhibition also included stage performances by Uzbek and Turkmen artists, who played music on the dutar and tambur, as well as recited poems by great poets Navoi and Makhtumkuli.

The innovative format, combining modern special effects and elements of theatrical performance, sparked lively interest and left a lasting impression on the event's guests.
