Latvian Minister for Environmental Protection and Regional Development visits Uzbekistan

According to the press service of the State Committee on environment protection of Uzbekistan, the visit is aimed at exchanging opinion on perspective directions of cooperation in greening economy, introduction of ecologic clean technologies, water cleaning, processing and utilization of waster, as well as trade-economic cooperation.

The Latvian delegation will hold talks at the ministries and departments of Uzbekistan, in particular State Nature Committee, Ministry for Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Trade and Uzbekistan Temir Yollari.

It is also planned to organize a seminar on exchange of experience in sphere of ecologic clean technologies.
