Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Before putting up land for auction, a master plan for its further use will be provided.

Now, in all regions of Uzbekistan, “master plans” will be developed for the use of the land plot before it is put up for auction. In particular, the purposes of land use (construction of a school, residential buildings or enterprises), the exact area, and the necessary infrastructure will be determined.

In this regard, the khokims of the districts, together with the cadastral and architectural departments, were instructed to study international experience, draw up plans for the development of regions and only then put up land plots for sale.

In addition, special funds will be created in each region. The proceeds from the sale of land will be transferred to districts and cities and will be used to create and develop infrastructure for entrepreneurs. 

Until 1 November 2021, the khokims of the regions were instructed to put up for sale at least a thousand land plots.

Also must be put up for auctions according to the project, at least 200 land plots near the main roads from each region.
